Following a great gig at the 35th Annual International Conference
for the International Association for Jazz Education in Toronto on January 10th,
Kenny had another awesome gig with a great band in New York City
on Sunday, January 13th at the world-famous Blue Note Jazz Club.
Right now, Kenny and his wife Lorraine were given the gift of some R&R in Antiqua.
Kenny and Lorraine are resting, relaxing, recharging, and Kenny is composing.
Many composers throughout history have also been fortunate
to have quiet time in nature to relax, think clearly,
and focus on working on their compositions.
Kenny and Lorraine have the good fortune to be in Antigua
for approximately 2.5 weeks.
They return home to wintry New York on February 1st, then Kenny is off to Israel
for a week-long tour with Ilan Salem on February 3rd.
Kenny is back working in New York City from February 12th through 24th.
